Home Building Process

The building process is a dynamic, evolutionary animal. Whatever do you mean? Understanding the construction process involves breaking it down into it’s basic phases. Each phase has many different parts that interact with the next or previous part. Sometimes rough-ins happen before framing and sometimes not - it ends up being project specific.

Pre-Design is when you are deciding to build a home. Some of the things to think about at this time is what style of home you want, how many bedrooms, baths, or if you want the laundry room on the same floor at the bedrooms.
